            “Beginning with the birth of our twins, our third and fourth children, we knew that building a home had become a necessity.  We began looking for a quality contractor that not only offered a quality home, but at a reasonable price.  After searching for several months we were referred to Vision Homes. We entered with discussions with Vision Homes based on a two-year plan, being that we thought we couldn’t afford the size house that we needed right now. But after our initial meeting the prices came back and they were so reasonable that our two-year plan became a right now plan.  We went with your Appalachian home, which you allowed us to modify to fit our needs without getting into unaffordable costs.  Then the fun began.  We had been told that building a home was “A real marriage tester” but what we found at Vision was that building a home was “Fun”. The service and personnel at Vision Homes took the stress of the project away from us and allowed us to make “informed decisions” about our house.  There were no hidden expenses everything was open and above board.  Once the house began, we consistently compared the progress to several other houses under way by various contractors and even though ours started after the others, we received our quality home weeks before the rest.  Mike was an incredible organizer of the subcontractors and the stages of the house, while Rocky fielded the many questions we threw at him, with sincerity and urgency. After approximately 14 weeks we moved our family of 6 into our new home, from our small 12 x 65 trailer.  What a joy it has been, the service on some final small issues with the house has been prompt and efficient.  Any issues that came up with our home were directly approached and handled to our satisfaction, and we couldn’t ask for more.
